The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho

My all-time favorite book is "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho. The first time I read it, I was in high school and I have read it probably twenty times since. I love it. I pretty much read anything the author publishes now, with an exception of a few that I just haven't gotten to yet.

This morning, while getting ready for work, Pep told me that you can download "The Alchemist" for free on itunes right now. How great right? So when I got to work , I searched a bit and found the author's personal blog. In addition to giving his book away for free, he is making a virtual exhibition dedicated to the 20th Anniversary of the book (and for the 100 million copies sold).

To be a part of this exhibition, one must submit a photo holding their favorite Coelho book and it will be uploaded here

So, here's my photo :)

that book rocked my world. it's definitely in my top 5 or maybe even 3. the only thing missing from this photo is the floral jumper you wore when we took "modeling photos" of each other in 1991. Niiiiice.
