while the earth has stopped shaking, I have not. That 5.6 earthquake just felt huge. I'm surrounded by glass walls and a glass desk and just stood here not knowing where to hide. I'm all shook up right now. Although, this is not the first quake I've been through. We lost our house in 1994.

Thank you so much for your comments! That sounds super scary. And traumatic, since you've already lived through the 94 quake. Hope you've recovered. PS I love all the dogs on your blog!!!
It was crazzzzy! My work building is a concrete bunker and we were swaying and swaying! It felt like it lasted sooooo long! I hope our dogs are ok!
I can't imagine how scary that must have been for you. Sending you lots of good wishes and glad to hear that you and most others are ok.
That was not a scary quake. 94 veteran
Oh wow, I would have been very very scared! I haven't ever been through an earthquake or a tornado.
thank you so much for the comment. i'm having an awful day at work, and you summed up what im feeling perfectly, so thank you. :)
im adding you to my blog roll, because i think you have an interesting blog. the first thing i saw were the dogs at the top, and immediatly i was like "I'm sold." Haha
And also? I'm glad to hear that someone from LA was scared during that earthquake, because I thought I was going to die. I just moved here a year ago, and having never before been in an earthquake I was quite rattled. Everyone from here was laughing at me, so it's encouraging to know that I'm not totally insane. :)
i couldn't agree more...i was shakey the rest of the day (my building's in beverly hills) and couldn't quite get my bearings. i just stumbled across your blog and love it! any interest in trading links?
Oh my gosh, thank God you're ok!! Why do I always miss your posts?? You're on my blog roll, but it just takes me to a feed reader site. Something needs to be done about that...
