The Lady Doctor

After having kids, will having my legs spread open while two ladies stare at my vagina be less uncomfortable and embarrassing? I guess I'll have to wait and see.

I'm debating on whether or not to share my excruciatingly embarrassing {but funny} hour at the gynecologist office this morning. ....i'm thinking not but I'm still on the fence.

Maybe they should hear my version of the story.

I don't want to sound overly-excited to hear about a super personal story or anything... but I do want to know, haha. We've all had our share of awkward gyno visits! That reminds me about Tony, the 6'5" black guy who was -SURPRISE!- filling in for my lady doctor one time. Awkwarrrrrrrd.

Dude! Totally tell.

Unlike, Morgan, I'm fine with being overexcited about your tales. :) Haha.

While actually having the kid, you won't care who sees what, as long as they can help you get that kid out!

I could use a good laugh, though!

I say go for it. Have a disclaimer for the menfolk though. I feel so old-fashioned for caring about their sensitive ears!

I went to a gynecologist once in my life.
Scary experience. :S
Simply because I'm not very comfortable with taking my clothes off for strangers. :p

before you share...go check out the award I've given you ;)

You have to post it now. I need something to laugh about when I go for my lady appt. in two weeks.

Yes I'm assuming it will be easier, at that point, what's there to be shy about?

oh the vagina doctor. isn't it always quite the experience. i hate when they try to talk to me when they are all up in my va-jay-jay. it's not tea time!

if it's any consolation it's just as awkward for the person doing the examining (speaking from experience here).

The answer to your question is: yes. All feelings of embarrassment disappear with childbirth. As an added bonus, you will no longer feel pain.
