Happy Friday ...round up

First of all, I woke up with this song in my head ...and have been singing it ever since. ...not bad though, I love this song.



*Thinking seriously about buying a house in the valley always makes me want to move to the beach. ...which, of course, we cannot afford - yet.

*No word on the townhouse. Still a maybe though. We'll see.

*THIS has got me intrigued but I haven't finished reading it yet.

*Still having blogger block trying to come up with a great story about my dogs for Who's Your Dachshund. So far, I've written a story about their balls. ...yeah, I know.


*To be able to watch Season 5 of The Office, my husband and I have jammed through all previous seasons in two months and will finish season 4 just in time. It literally took me all of season one to finally not want to kill Michael Scott ...which happens to be my brother's name, backwards. I am in love with the characters on that show. Thus, I have awarded myself the above. FACT. My blog is awesome!

*I didn't get to watch Project Runway until last night. However, I knew {smug-ass Leanne - who I want to punch in that smug fake accented mouth of hers} won because someone ruined it for me yesterday by stating "So, Leanne did it again - I didn't know she had it in her" ...even though I was yelling I HAVEN'T WATCHED IT YET - I HAVEN'T WATCHED IT YET ...someone CONTINUED to talk about it. OH. MY. GOD. YOU. DON'T. EVEN. KNOW. HOW. MUCH. I. WANT. TO. KILL. THAT SOMEONE. {and Leanne's dress WAS phenomenal ...but I also liked Korto's SO MUCH! - happy Stella finally went home but seriously, Joe's was the worst}

*Has anyone seen the Ikea commercial where the toddler drags his toilet seat onto the sofa and pulls down his diaper? It grosses me out and makes me giggle simultaneously. ...and also makes me rethink children nice furniture.

*Speaking of commercials, I LOVE the Geico Caveman commercials. THEY KILL ME! There's a new one for motorcycle insurance that is riveting but my favorite is the one below, at the airport. In fact, Caveman, the show, was pretty hilarious too {but I think my husband and I are the only ones who thought so}



*Our two year wedding anniversary ended yesterday with football {the Giants looked TIGHT} and an awesome dinner of Taco Bell. We were going to go out to a nice place but two nights ago, husband got these new steak taquitos and I have not stopped thinking about them since! So, it was mostly my decision, but I'm sure he was happy to oblige {but really, he'll say yes to anything after sex}

*I'm so happy it's Friday. For some reason, short weeks always feel longer than regular weeks. AND, my work friend Janelle has been on vacation all week -which totally sucks ass. But she'll be back Monday.

*This weekend will be filled with crafty craftiness. I'm hoping to finish what I've started and finally open my Etsy shop ...we'll see how far my motivation gets me because by the time I get home, I'm going to want to throw it all out the door, get high and watch The Office. :) because IT'S FRIDAY!
