Oh yes, how we need the rain! The smoke and ash even is overhead from the Sylmar fire, I'm sure you know; - and my family lives in Santa Barbara. They are not evacuated but 3 friends have lost their homes already. It's terrible right now.

I just clicked over from La Belette Rouge and I haven't read your blog yet, but I had to comment of the first picture. I love love love it. There is something about rain that I love. I love the way the word looks, and I love to play in it, I will read more, but just wanted to say that that photo is really nice.
