Singing in the Shower

...I think I'm laughing and dancing more than singing



If you've been reading my blog for a while now, you'd know that

1. I like to sing
2. I used to work as the MC at a Karaoke bar in my 20's
3. I also used to be in an all-girl singing group called Goddess ...yes, retarded, I know.

However, since you don't live with me, or know me in person, you may not know that I am pretty much always singing. I sing responses to questions instead of speaking them, anything anyone says could in fact be lyrics to a song and therefore, could in fact turn into me singing ...again {most play along ...some do not} It's probably annoying, yes, I apologize to those who have had to put up with it including my family and now my husband BUT it makes me happy. And really, the only time that my mind is not racing with thoughts is when I am singing.

More singing facts:

4. When I was about 9 {I think} my choir group one some national singing contest
5. I was Annie in my school play in 6th grade
6. I sang "I've Had the Time of My Life" {from Dirty Dancing} with a partner in a wedding when I was 12
7. I was a Du-op girl in my high school's version of "Little Shop of Horrors"
8. I sang a new version of "Speed Racer" for the cartoon ...which I booked by singing PINK's "Get The Party Started" over the phone.

HILARIOUS. I know.
