Completely Gratuitous Outfit Post

black-petal-sandals-2

I'm so sad ...I just realized how ripped the elbow of my absolute FAVORITE vintage blazer is ...you can't see it when the sleeves are pushed up but still ...sadness.

....muahahahahah

The lighting sucks balls today ...

What I'm Wearing
* Vintage black blazer: Bill Kaiserman {Rafael} ...seen here
* Chaiken trousers/pants
* Black tank with ruffles and silver tuxedo print ...House of Dereon
* Earrings ...Ben-Amun ... I got them on gilt.com
* Bag {which I don't love with this actually} Marc by Marc Jacobs
* Petal Heels ...DIY ...see how ...also seen here
* Sunglasses: Chanel

* Thanks for your input yesterday regarding image loading ...flickr is 100% faster so I'm sticking with that for now ...I may go through some of my older posts and update the images ...or I may not.

...after work ...rooftop patio

As SOON as I get home I slip my feet into these fabulous FIT FLOPS and I don't take them off until I get in bed. Well, or partake in pleasurable activities with husband. They are so amazing that I am not kidding when I tell you that I would wear these no matter how they looked! ...um ...okay that's a total lie .. . .because if it were true, I would have worn them to work.

I, too, am big fan of all-black - so euro-chic! But not all the time... color is good, too. But you know this, of course ;)

What a fabulous outfit! Shame about the blazer, but I adore the shoes! Thankfully the shredded look is in right now ;-) But hopefully there's a way to fix that.

Aww I hate that!
I got stung by a bee yesterday and ripped my vintage yellow skirt in the back. It's hardly noticeable but I hate ruining clothing.

Anyway, you look really really pretty...but what's new? :) And I love the shoes.

Love this outfit! You are one foxy lady!

Kate Coveny Hood said...

Take the blazer to a good tailor (or even a dry cleaner) - it may not look perfect if the rips aren't on seams - but a little mending won't be that noticable (and it's vintage anyway - right?)

Love the shoes. Did I read somewhere that the embellishment was DIY???

Mrs. D said...

Great pose in the chair all kicked back! The shoes are fab.

I LOVE...as always. I actually think that the bag looks pretty great with the outfit. I like how big it is and the contrast to your dressier shoes...the shoes btw, I'm dying. I need to learn how to do that.

You look fabulous. I'm still amazed at your heel-walking abilities :)

And you like your fit flops? I've seen zero effect in the past six months. Or maybe they're just so ugly that I'm a little embarassed to wear them. Then again, maybe it's just because NO ONE in Hong Kong ever wears flip flops.

P.S. Is that little dog yours??
