What you'll need ...
...try on shoe strap, stitch on velcro on back ...as seen here
Attach/velcro your ruffles securely onto toe & ankle straps
Voila!
....apologies for the hideous toes ...lol.
Wear them on your flat sandals too!
...the best part is that they don't have to be perfect to be perfect!
Make them as big or small as you like ...in any color!
