What you'll need . . .

...if you want it a bit cleaner looking
...add more eyes and ribbons in between

pulling-up-skirt-ties

...ribbons are shorter than the length of the skirt so they won't show
...tie ribbons at any length ...adjusting the bubble length

i am so glad you just blogged this... i do this to my skirts (and even dresses) all the time and husband makes so much fun of me! now i can show him that you do it too, maybe be will have to be quiet!!
