This reminds me of the material girl in the '80s. She also cut up tshirts to layer over other shirts with lots of bling. It's a fun look.

I came across this website thanks to Pinterest, and I'm glad I found it because I was wanting to make a cute and fun Chicago Cubs shirt for the game in September and now I know I'm just going to cut up a men's soft blue shirt to make this, add a little cubs iron-on in the front and tie it with red polka-dot ribbon in the back! Viola! Thanks for the awesome instructions on how to make the top!
