I LOVE tan lines. I can't be sure sure but I think it has something to do with my first Barbie ...who just so happened to be from Malibu, and very tan . . .
While I'm not a fan of them peeping out and ruining the look & line of an outfit, when completely undressed, I think it's 100% sexy . . .
. . . and spotlights the parts that make a woman's body different from a man's . . .
. . . which I think men like too ;)
And really, tan lines just remind me of the warm glorious freedom that Summer brings

Not really a fan of them... probaly 'cause here in Brazil it's more different not to have them, and also 'cause I'm kinda pale, I get burned :(

i think tan lines as sexy as well....i only had them 2 times in the past 3 months and now summer is over.....so sad!! :( i wish summer in MN lasted more like 6 months and the other 6 months were fall.

Haha, I get the most severe tan lines. I tan very easily and spend a lot of time outdoors in the summer (if I can), and my guy likes to tease me and say he can't tell when I'm naked because it looks like I'm still wearing underpants. I think he likes it though ;)

I'm not sure what these "tan lines" that you speak of are, as I wear SPF 240 everyday in an attempt to ward off burning and freckles.

Mine don't fade for 1.5 - 2 years.. and tanning totally ruins your skin LOL

I lover tanning, but i'm not too fond of the tan lines..

I looove them! I tan to get tan-lines (in the right places, and small enough).
Might have to do with the fact that I'm a strawberry blond scandinavian who doesn't really tan that much... tan lines are tan-tell-lines :-)
I love tan lines too...this summer I wopre spf 30 every single day...esp when out on the beach. and I'm happy to report that I am not pasty but rather nicely sun-kissed and bronzed...I had the unfortunate experience of getting sunburned to the point of having to stay in bed with fever when I was very young so I learned my lesson the hard way...
