This is so awesome! How does this type of thing work? Did they just create this layout and publish it without telling you about it at all? If so, what a surprise! But I bet it would have been ever better if you'd known ahead of time so you could have bought like a million copies of the magazine to pass out to all your friends and family as Holiday gifts :)

This is magazine worthy though - these DIY shoes are beautiful.

I am not surprised in the least...the only thing that does surprise me is that you're not in *every* magazine.

Ya know, my MIL bought me a sewing machine bc she wanted to use one while she was visiting here...and now I could kick myself for not learning how to use it, after seeing what you do w/ yours. Le sigh.

I'm a fairly new reader and have been meaning to tell you forEVAH, did you know you can get generic Latisse overseas for $10 a bottle? I know you've been debating, and I've been using it now 8 weeks and I effin LOVE it, love love love. Go to realself.com and search - they talk about experiences w/ the generic there. That's what convinced me to search out a seller.

Also? My bach. degree is in nursing...and my heart just aches for you about your desire for a baby. I really do feel it will happen for you. It WILL.

All the best; love the blog - Ann

I made these shoes for a friend's birthday gift and she loved them! I'm not particularly crafty but when I came across your DIY instructions, I had to try it. They came out really well! The only problem I had was the fabric fraying and all these little random strings poking out, but it almost added to the charm of the petals. Thanks so much for the idea and congrats on the magazine spread <3

LOVE THESE SHOES!

Venetia Scott is undoubtably one of my favourite photographers and stylists - it's rare that I don't adore any of her work. What I'm Wearing * Gray knit puff sleeve dress BCBG ...seen here and here * Black jersey turtleneck underneath ...and makes is a bit lumpy..I am honored and thrilled to have my Christian Louboutin Petal Sandal DIY featured in this gorgeous Irish Wedding Magazine, B .
