I'm in love with this song ...a cover of The Church's "Under the Milky Way" by Sia. I've heard it 100 times in passing on this Lincoln MKT commercial {my initials} and I'm not really sure why I didn't search for it sooner. Ya know how you can see or hear something 100 times before you actually pay attention to it and realize it's amazement? Well, this is that ...and it's nice to be "aware" again instead of in some cloudy haze inside my head.

I love the original better.... AND I almost did this song for 'Out of Tune Tuesday' this week. Funny!
Its a beautiful song and a pretty good cover. I always liked it when viewing the commercial. Somehow, it really has more impact in the commercial i guess because of the visual experience behind it but also i am kinda biased about Ford/ Lincoln mercury. I love that Ford has kept on top of their game in tough times and i really like the MK line up.
So, when I see the commercial and hear the music it is like an anthem to my home team.
Love that vehicle.
BTW, speaking of TV commercials that stick in my head, I always liked Mary J. Blige and her AT&T commercials are great.

I love LOVE the church's version...its sooo romantic. it was one of the songs played at my wedding reception. This version should be good with SIA doing it..Awesome!

It's so weird that you just wrote about this. I saw the commercial for the first time last night and I immediately recognized Sia's voice. I meant to look it up but had forgotten until now!
