What I'm Wearing
. . .while I mostly love the idea of wearing something again and again yet each time making it look like a new piece, now that I document my outfits, I am literally bored of seeing the same pieces time and time again. I may just have to do something about that.

* Vintage Tahari blazer with lucite button ...seen here with tunic & shoes
* Forever 21 black sequined tunic tank
* Forever 21 black leggings
* Velvet Angels Naked Lunch Wedge Bootie
* Ferragamo bag
* Tom Ford sunnies ...D&G mirror watch

Does your ponytail swing when you walk like mine? ...someone pointed it out to me today so I decided to take a little video as proof.

In other news: Did everyone have a nice Eastery weekend? ...and for my fellow LA-ers, how was that earthquake? It was a roller so nothing fell {for us anyway} but it went on forEVER! It seemed as though the pools got hit the worst. Check out the tidal waves in this pool which looked much like ours ...minus the spa-like pool & backyard ;) ...but the waves in this one may be bigger

I know what you mean, but lady, you've NEVER looked the same twice!

And when my hair was longer, my ponytail would swish. Sadly, it's too teensy now.

I love that blazer and I could never tire or seeing some of the amazing pieces that you own!

Btw, Not in a wierd way but I had a dream last night that we were hanging out and I asked you to show me how to dry my hair like yours (though I know you don't really use a blow dryer) and you got the brush stuck in my hair and couldn't get it out. It was actually a pretty funny dream :)

Gorgeous Teal blazer! I love the slight shimmer in it. And I hope you had an amazing Easter, despite the California "Roll".

I never get bored with your pieces. That blazer is great!
I didn't feel the earthquake at all yesterday.

I was preparing Easter dinner with my mom when we felt the earth rolling under us. It sent the chandeliers into quite a tizzy and the pool water was in a bucket sloshing back and forth up the sides. The rolling and length of it made my mom dizzy which I have never seen an earthquake do. Whenever a small one like that happens I can't relax for at least an hour as I am always waiting for THE BIG ONE to hit after.

I wanted to let you know I made your "Yogurt Pie" for our Easter celebration. My family really enjoyed it. In fact, my 97 year old Grandmother wanted me to make a separate pie for her! My question to her..."What flavor would you like?"

Thanks for the recipe!

My late mom wore a teal linen jacket similar to yours........I will go into her closet and begin to wear it this spring/summer. Brings back wonderful memories. We would share many of her clothes! Thanks for the great idea. Let's hope: "No more earthquakes". Live in earthquake territory (Northern Calif.)

I love the way your ponytail swings, the sound of your heels as you walk away from the camera, and your gratuitous outfit post. You look great from behind (and from the front too, of course).

I was embarrassingly watching The Last Song (with Miley Cyrus) at The Grove during the quake; the earth moving was the most compelling part of that film.

Yes, my ponytail always swings back and forth. I'm always being told that I do it on purpose even though I know I do not.

As for the earthquake, I live in San Jacinto and it felt really strong here. I first heard water splashing and I look over at a bowl I had in the sink full of water and it was coming from there. I then see my blinds and vases swaying as well a couple seconds later it just started rolling hard. The water from our fishtanks splashed out quite a bit and a few stacks of shoe boxes tumbled over. It was kinda scary as it was going on since it was not only strong, but long as well and with Haiti and Chile it really makes you think this is it.

Just catching up on your blog...

LOVE the color of your blazer! And your hair looks so cute in a ponytail.. I just LOVE your hair, Maegan!! The video is cute.. I wish I had enough hair to have a swaying ponytail!! : )
When I had braids (extensions), I used to put my hair up in a BIG ponytail and it DID sway then!! That was fun!!
Take care and glad the earthquake was too bad.. though big (one reason why I'm glad to not live in Cali anymore)... But, I DO miss a lot of things about it!
