This is pretty much how my office/closet/dressing room looked for the first few months we lived in our new place ...as this photo was taken the day I wore this in mid February. And while the furniture is all in the same location {the office section is on the opposite side}, the rest of the room is in slightly better shape.
However, it's not even close to finished yet. I still have to paint two narrow dressers white and find an ottoman for the middle of the room, finish organizing my accessory desk & wall and a few other details as well. I was going to buy a new desk but decided to just keep the one I have because it works {see it here in my old home office before/after} but I'm not sure if I'm going to leave it the way it is or paint it. In the meantime, here is some inspiration for what will be the girliest room in the house ...and for what it's worth, all mine ;)

i have a closet/dressing/guest room that i've decorated all girly and foo foo. i love it! actually, i used to love...until i saw these pics.
my room is now a "hostel" in comparison to these "5 star hotels". no fair :(

I swear to God, (well not really)...I am going home right after work and dig out my cake dish and putting my shoes on display ! I love it. That image literally made my heart flutter! I mean flutter!
I so want to turn my extra bedroom into a shoe closet/office area...but I don't really need an office. I don't do sh&t worthy of an office except blogging!

I love the inspiration! I think an all white closet/dressing room/office is perfect for creating a calming environment. Then, you can always add in whatever color you want with your accessories. I already have mine planned out in my head.

So incredibly jealous of your closet/dressing room/office. The hubby had said I could do the same if we had acquired a house with four rooms, but alas, ours just has three. Love the direction you are going in the room though.
