Maybe vacation is just a mindset

  














What I'm Wearing
* MYNE white trapeze tank {actually on sale at GILT right now HERE} ...very oversized. You could size down if you wanted to. I'm usually a Medium/6 and this is just that but I could've gone with 4 ...last seen here in a similarly but completely different
* Brown cotton tank worn under
* Favorite {and near death} black blazer by Bill Kaiserman
* Vintage silky pants ...tag says S.G. Sport Collection ...and I pegged them with my Hem Gems which, in my opinion, worked fabulously! I love these little Hem Gems but honestly think I've used them for everything but what they're supposed to be for. They're fantastic.
* L.A.M.B. Daphine Studded Sandal ...also from GILT who is having outrageous sales right now {although these have just ended}.
* Tom Ford Sunglasses - Anouk
* Louis Vuitton Speedy 30 bag
* Vintage gold chains were my grandma's, various gold bangles and stacking rings, D&G Dolce watch and Rachel Roy gold drop earrings {these are new and I love them!}
* On My Toes: Wearing RGB Steel polish {like heather grey} ...a gift from Jennine when she visited ...the same as in my tweetphoto here

BIG HUGE SIGH* Back to work ...back to life, back to reality, back to the here and now. Back from vacation is always a bit of a slap in the face, isn't it? Sometimes the slap stings so hard it almost negates the vacation all-together ...well, not really, but almost. While I do prefer to be home most of the time, there is a certain freedom and carelessness that accompanies vacays and that's what I'd like to embody every single day, whether on vacay or not. Our friend Danny says he's on a permanent vacation so maybe it's just a mindset. A Vacation State of Mind ...Let's try that, shall we? ;)
