* Shipley and Halmos little black dress {fleece! with pockets!} -from a GILT sale last year ...seen here - worn with a jersey turtleneck under which was warm but added a teensy bit of unwanted bulk where it ended ...at the top of my butt

* Ribbon Necklace as choker ...my DIY - Find it here I honestly love this. I mean, love. Worn as a choker, or even lower, it makes any simple, plain top, much more exciting. I kind of want it in every color and it's so easy to make!
* Sam Edelman Queenie Corset Pump
* Stockings with a black cat print and green crystal eyes {loved that the eyes matched the green in my necklace}. I've probably had these for over ten years in the original package ...so long that I thought there would be a permanent rectangle where the cat was that wouldn't stretch out -even over my ginormous calves. I must have bought them during Halloween at either a costume shop or drugstore because the packaging says "Fancy Pantyhose with sparkling Gems -$2.99" lol and I kinda love em.

* Hair: let air dry then waved haphazardly in the am ...which seemingly looks better in the photos than it did in reality.

Halloween is approaching {thus the excuse to wear stockings with cats on them} and I am feeling less and less prepared for our party ...which is in one week! We haven't finished our costumes and haven't finished decorating and I think I'm a wee bit anxious about getting it all done on time. EEEk. Breathe. Relax. It will be fine.
