photos via my iPhone ...at night

Just a few sprigs of new plant life in our master bedroom adding to the tropical feel.
The last time I photographed & posted it, I used bright red flowers as a contrast but I really love the simplicity of the large leaves and palms. The first time around, in the beginning stages of decorating, I used bright green Calla Lily leaves and once used a Hydrangea. But these oversized darker green leaves on the night stand are by far my favorite. I love how dramatic they are.
Still on the hunt for the perfect relaxing "beachy" chair for the corner space {which temporarily housed one of the burgundy chairs now in our game room with a blanket over it} I've exchanged it for a large palm for the time being. It still needs something else in that corner though ...this room is yet to be complete ...still.

It's so great how a little finishing touch can add so much to a room. Loving the shadows it cast on the wall too!
