What I’m Wearing
* Vintage gray wool blazer
* Vintage blue pleated long a-line skirt
* White jersey henley beneath
* Asos leather boyfriend belt
* Tiffany 1837™ Lock pendant necklace
* Sam Edelman lace up granny boots …last seen here {ruffle sock tip: find them in the little girls section of Target …buy the largest size and unless you wear 11′s, they’ll fit}
* Vintage leather back pack …I bought this in 1994. I was 17 or 18 years old and it was the first bag I ever spent {what I thought was} a good amount of cash on. It was $75 …Over the years it would pop up now and then and I could never get rid of it. I just loved it so much and had a pretty good feeling someday the style would return.

* Title: quote from the movie Election “…who cares about this stupid election?”

I wore this on Tuesday, Election Day …so I guess you could say it was my “Election Day Outfit” …though I didn’t realize when I put it together that morning how appropriate it was until voting time when three of the women in the room “loved” my boots and asked me where I got them. It’s always times like that when I wish I had a business card on me so I could really just say …OMG go to my blog and there’s a link & you can buy them right there {though these are sold out}. But I left my back pack in the car along with my business cards because who would have thought I needed anything other than my hands to vote?

Did YOU vote?

    i’m at a loss for words for the state of CA. CA is broker than my state (WI) and y’all (well, not you specifically, i don’t know), continue to put people in office who don’t know how to balance a budget. what about that Ebay lady? surely she knows a thing or two about making a buck!

    I so need to get business cards. it’s been on my to-do list forever. People always stop and ask me where I got various things too, and I always feel retarded saying I have a blog, go check it out.

    Anyway this outfit is so perfect for voting. Love it!

    I have the booties already, so I guess I just need to find some ruffle socks at Target and run with the inspiration…

But according to industry experts, at the rate that apps are now being produced, it is likely that by the middle of 2012, there will be more Android apps than iPhone or iOS apps (iOS is the operating platform for Apple products such as the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad).
