* Vintage leather back pack ...I bought this in 1994. I was 17 or 18 years old and it was the first bag I ever spent {what I thought was} a good amount of cash on. It was $75 ...Over the years it would pop up now and then and I could never get rid of it. I just loved it so much and had a pretty good feeling someday the style would return.

I wore this on Tuesday, Election Day ...so I guess you could say it was my "Election Day Outfit" ...though I didn't realize when I put it together that morning how appropriate it was until voting time when three of the women in the room "loved" my boots and asked me where I got them. It's always times like that when I wish I had a business card on me so I could really just say ...OMG go to my blog and there's a link & you can buy them right there {though these are sold out}. But I left my back pack in the car along with my business cards because who would have thought I needed anything other than my hands to vote?

i'm at a loss for words for the state of CA. CA is broker than my state (WI) and y'all (well, not you specifically, i don't know), continue to put people in office who don't know how to balance a budget. what about that Ebay lady? surely she knows a thing or two about making a buck!
