My last trip to the stylist left my hair much darker red then then I wanted it. I was looking to darking my super bright blond hair a few shades but no nearly as much as it turned out. However my stylist new her stuff, red washes out really quickly and within a week I was liking it and 2 weeks later is was exactly what I wanted.
Give it time, Red fades so quickly even with the bests care. I like all of the different tones.
PS: I think it looks great!

I think it looks awesome. It's a good change and it's nice and warm for the cooler months (does it get cool over there?). I love it! And I agree that it will definitely soften up after a few washes.
I think it suits you.
You might find it changes the colours you wear and experiment with.
When i went bright red, it made more of a difference to my style than just my hair style! Enjoy it.

I love it!! And yes agree give it a few weeks to get used to. Last winter I got rid of my blond highlights and went back to dark brown..shocking for a bit, but glad I did it once I adjusted.

Oh my gosh, I love it! And red is the color that washes out the fastest so you should be all good with wanting it lighter.

I love it! I think it makes you look younger but not in a "I'm trying too hard" way.
After a few washes the color will blend in more, but you can totally pull of the red hair! Kind of reminds of that Halloween costume post you did with your hubby (Scarjo Iron Man costume).

I like it! I also recently had my hair dyed red to bring out my blue eyes. It's amazing how blue it makes eyes look! Unfortunately for me, I quickly fell in love with my dark red color, and it faded fairly fast. So no fear, it won't be bright for too long.
You look great with red hair! But I think red or brown makes most women look more vibrant and beautiful than blonde, anyway.
My hair is also a little redder than I'd like it. But I get so many compliments on it! Everyone says it makes my blue eyes pop. And I agree, yours does too! And it fades a bit.. <3
