Little Black Pearls ...RGB & Butter Nails

nail polishes, butter nails, DSC_0049

Loving the two color layered polish effect and loving even more the fact that I only need one coat of each to get the desired look. The matte color underneath just makes the sparkly top coat a little more subtle. The light, heathery-gray base coat {a gift from Jeninne last May} is RGB in "Steel" with a swipe of butter London polish in "Chimney Sweep" {an X-mas gift from drollgirl} on top {both brands contain no Formaldehyde, no Toluene, & no DBP}

More thanks to drollgirl for passing all her monthly subscribed magazines on to me when she's done with them ;) ...she knows I hoard them

I've been layering nail polish a lot recently...I love the effect! My new obsession is a matte with a coat of glitter on top.

I want Drollgirl as my friend. :)

Waiting to dry...have you tried Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat? I swear to you...I paint three coats of polish with one coat of the Seche Vite and 5 minutes later can fold laundry. Plus it stays super shiney and chip free for longer. Can't live without that stuff.

XOXO

I really like this color. Georgeous. How long does it stay on before it starts to chip? Just curious.
