Browsing Vintage Decor Online

Dorothy Draper lacquered chest of drawers 1960's $3800

Last weekend upon researching my newly acquired Peter Karpf Oto chair, I stumbled upon VandM.com and have been sort of obsessed with the site ever since. There are infinite listings for ridiculously cool and unique vintage and modern furniture, design, & decor. Here are some of my favorites ...and these are just from the frist 50 pages of the "home" section. I'm seemingly having a penchant for all things brass and gold tones, sets of two, chairs, & lighting & lamps. I could peruse VandM for hours on end. If only I had the budget to do more than just "window shop".

Lion column lamps 1960s $5500

scandinavian arm chairs 1950's $3400

faux bamboo mirrored chippendale buffet 1970's $4875

X Based Hair on Hide stools $1790

frank lloyd wright style lamps in bronze $2500

Silk Velvet Tufted Sofa 1950s $4500

drum tables with arrow and feather legs $2250

Moroccan square ottoman $825

orb pendant - nickel and bronze $2125

love that dresser. Lately I've been really into the idea of using an old card catalog cabinet form a library as a dresser.

hey
ive been following you blog for a few months now and this post made me want to comment, i have noticed your decor and style to be similar to my own but definitley more succesfully edgy, so i think you should check out tini.com it stands for 'this is not ikea' and while i actually love ikea i see what theyre getting at.
i am certainly not affiliated but i think you would really like some of the stuff they have. i cant remember where theyre based out of but i think its in cali. hope you check it out and keep up the great posts =]
