Title: lyrics from Duran Duran “New Moon on Monday” {I obviously can’t get enough of Duran Duran lately …but also, it’s Monday . . . oh Monday}

I keep leaning towards these muted/faded tones in similar hues lately …although I’m sure it will change now simply because I’ve noticed it. This outfit reminds me of a Seinfeld episode, well most specifically, what Elaine would wear …not so much the colors but the style of it all together with the oxford flats. Though I’m sure the over sized, shoulder-padded blazer has something to do with it as well. And speaking of the early 1990’s, the sort of undone straight hair, using my fingers to push it back and alternate sides throughout the day hairstyle just epitomizes the era for me. It’s literally how I wore it on a daily basis to school. It’s funny how it’s all so fresh again really.

* Also, I’m still dressing super casual for work lately because we’re in the middle of the move. It’s kind of a great little transition because I’m excited now to sort of “dress up” again soon.
