More often than not, the classic espadrille and espadrille wedge return as a viably chic shoe option for Spring and Summer. And this year is no different. There are tons of bright and colorful options for 2011 and I'd say go for it if the price is in the $100 or less category. If you're going to want a pair to give you season after season of wear, stick with a neutral tone in a classic style.

i have the dv wedges in black...found them at nordstrom rack for $49! i LOVE the hunter ones...if only they came in cognac and half the price! the nude & yellow from aldo are adorable too! i really need a brown or cognac color though! hellllp!!! =)

Believe it or not, Target has some pretty sweet espadrilles this year, including their new line, Dolce Vita for Target
Now I'm gonna have to buy a pair of espadrille wedges to match my nine west cork wedges!!!
