* Vintage black slip dress layered under my white MYNE Ashley Ann trapeze tank {seen here} layered under my pink ZOA NY silk tank blouse a bit wrinkled {seen here}. A bit of forced color blocking in an otherwise neutral outfit.
* Jami Rodriguez cloud pendant necklace
* black Indus+ry studded leggings
* Jessica Simpson t-strap nude patent bow heels ...very old and only available in black, but these are cute!
* Tom Ford sunglasses

* Title: lyrics from Def Leppard "Love Bites" ...which is kind of an amazing song and I think came out the summer before I went into 8th grade. Obviously, at 13 years old, I had no idea what it meant, but it's a damn sexy song. lol, sexy. that's a funny word.

While this outfit photographed VERY boringly, even amongst the silly and fun backdrop, it was actually quite fun to wear. The layered tanks swayed and billowed in the wind and as I walked and felt very feminine. I think the goal though was comfort ...with a sprinkle of laziness added for good measure ;)

* ummmmmm this tiny archway is RIDICULOUSLY cute! ...but clearly made for gnomes only. I felt like Alice in Wonderland a little bit.

I finally installed my ceramic gun vase yesterday afternoon {in our Dining Room between the two windows, 2nd photo down} and added a peach rose from our garden. The Instagram filter just makes the photo so fun. You can get one here: Suck UK 1 Gun Ceramic Wall Vase




My office makeover is taking forever. I think it's because I have ridiculous expectations for it and want it to be PERFECT, lol {but I'm REALLY happy with it so far & still "pinning" inspiration} ...I will be posting details and closeups of it soon {maybe tomorrow} And for the record, I went with white silk curtains.



I also purchased this little pink ottoman for some extra seating. Though now I want to go back and get the teal one as well. {they're both lighter in color than in the photo and are covered in crocodile print leather}
