Flea Market Finds : The Sherman Oaks Antique Mall

vintage crystal chandelier

As promised, here are the decor pieces/photos I shot the last time I was at The Sherman Oaks Antique Mall. Though they used to have more furniture than they keep in stock now, the home decor finds are ridiculously awesome. Seriously, I could go there every day and buy 75% of their inventory ...but alas, I don't have a big enough house. I did hear just recently that when Mr. Johnny Depp lived here, he apparently furnished his entire home from SOAM finds. There's a fun LA fact for ya ;)

If you live in LA and haven't been to The Sherman Oaks Antique Mall ...you should definitely put it on your to-do list. It's HUGE! And is overflowing with really really unique vintage finds.

Love it! I wish we had more flea markets in Canada. I stumbled upon one on the weekend, but it was a big mixture of things, and mostly found objects that weren't much treasure. Hopefully I get lucky and find a better one!

Nice pics Maegan and nothing much better than to hit the flea market and find some good special treasures!

Thanks again Maegan for the awesome photos and good word. Unfortunately, the vintage print of the ladies fencing has been sold but the ladies and gentlemen playing pool is still available. Hope it's not haunting you at night :)

I have been looking for little chandeliers to hang from the trees at my outdoor wedding reception next year just in case I find some great ones instead of renting them and who knew I could have looked around the corner in Sherman Oaks...love it, a fabulous find indeed!
