It's not the first I've seen of dip-diys, in fact, I posted about painted diy spoons a while ago, but I just LOVE this feature in the Sweet Paul Fall 2011 magazine called "So Dip It" that I had to share. It's not only a ridiculously easy DIY that will transform just about anything you own, but the feature itself, with its bright colors and fun objects, is just begging for more attention. And really, almost anything you can think of is "dip-able"!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE, especially any of the furniture. I want to do this to some kind of end tables, but haven't had any luck finding secondhand ones to dip. Never would have thought of dipping shoes, but those are pretty darn cute.

Excellent idea! have actually done it on utensils previously (a couple of bowls TBH) but didn't think of shoes. Quality!

Such a fantastic idea! It's so, so simple to do and yet so effective - why don't we see more of this around?! And the bold, bright colours are great for summer...
