What I'm Wearing
* Jigsaw London over sized Cashmere Merino Sweater {courtesy of Jigsaw London} I'm so in love with their clothes.
* White C&C California button down worn under for collar & tails mostly, though it kept me so warm I didn't turn my space heater on once while at the gallery. Worn once here tied at the waist.
* BB Dakota bandage skirt. This actually was one of the first things I was gifted as a blogger. I may have won it in giveaway? Last seen here.
* Black tights are so ancient, they may even be from when I was in high-school. Which means, they are the best tights on the planet because I graduated in 1994 and they've survived since then. The waist is all stretched out and so nice and comfy ;)
* Jami Rodriguez feather earrings {from a few years ago}
* Tom Ford cat eyes
* Topshop black patent oxfords
* Cynthia Rowley burgundy leather bag
* Title: lyrics from Duran Duran - The Wild Boys
This outfit reminded me a little of the Catholic uniform I wore for so many years to grade school and high school. Our skirts were navy and pleated and flared {and yes, I still have one} rather than the tight mini I'm wearing here, though just as short, if not shorter. I had almost the same oxfords too but I got mine at the men's shoe store because I couldn't afford the fancy ones from Sacha all the other girls wore. Lacing them up that morning was a bit surreal and I had a bit of a flashback to those more carefree days. It brought a smile to my face. I loved high school. Much fun was had...

Oh my. I remember rolling the hem of my pleated/flared Catholic school skirt a million times to shorten it! I love outfits like this that are sexy-comfy-livable.

Really beautiful outfit! Like your oxfords a lot <3
Great outfit. It looks so comfy but put together. I would've never thought to pair a sweater like that with a classic black skirt but it looks great!
This is such an easy, peasy outfit...& I love that! I love oversized sweaters with slimmer bottoms!

Your hair is gorgeous today!
love this! hot momma!
I love that you did a menswear inspired outfit, while still keeping it very feminine. I think the juxtaposition is the sexiest one out there.
And that sweater is gorg! I love the way oversized cashmere sweaters looks, but I never know how to wear them without looking undone. The mini and tights really pulls it together. Great styling, as usual!
I went to a public high school, but if I'm being totally honest, I always envied private school uniforms. I wanted a uniform so badly! :)

I dont know what catholic school you went to, but my uniforms were nothing like that ;) haha you look very cute!

I am drooling over that bag girl! Love it!
This is exactly how I'd like to look everyday, so pulled together and effortless at the same time. An oversized sweater is now officially on my list of things to thrift.
I know I say this about all your outfits, but this is my favorite. I love the oxfords with the mini. So classy and chic.
