* Bright blue maxi dress from Supertrash {funny} seen once here and the back of it is backless actually and ruched just below.
* Army green cropped trench jacket by Poleci... seen once here
* Vintage Matisse turquoise necklace, which I wear backwards for a rose-gold affect.
* Made her Think hanging stud earrings in rose gold also.
* Kenneth Cole rose gold & tortoise watch, courtesy of KC mixed with vintage bangles and SEAH leather wrap bracelet w/ gemini + pisces signs for my husband and I {also seen here}
* Vintage studded belt {sometimes worn as a bracelet}
* Ray Ban aviator sunglasses
* leopard wedges by Joie.
* Hair: high ponytail... which I LOVE but don't wear very often for two reasons.
1. My hair is really heavy and unless my ponytail is SO TIGHT it's pulling my eyes back and giving me an faux face lift, it feels like it's falling down and leaves me with major hair pain at the end of the day when I remove it.
2. Because no matter which rubber bands I use, and I feel like I've found the best possible ones, they break my hair and damage it more than a curling iron ever does. {see it swishing here}

As I was editing these photos yesterday, I realized the size of my butt may be bigger than I actually think it is... but I'm just going to blame the dress and maybe from now on, wear it with a longer jacket like I did the first time to disguise it a little. Don't get me wrong, I am a fan of big butts but I'm not trying to look like Coco, if you know what I mean? {for the record, don't click that link if you're at work}. I don't mind my curves but I'm 35 and I don't want to look vulgar or like I'm asking people to LOOK AT MY BUTT {even though most of the photos here are of the back of me - note: I was trying to get great ponytail shots, unaware of my massive lady lumps following me} but whatever, I have a big butt, what can I do? {apparently, apologize for it, lol}

Your butt isn't so big. Actually, here in Brazil, it's not big at all! You have a beautiful body, you shouldn't hide it.
I am not a fan of long dresses... BUT, - you look amazing wearing it! This is the first time I am not thinking - ah, another "long skirt are trendy now" post by somebody, whatever... Nice!

Also, totally on board with the hair thing. I wore a high pony everyday last week at work and by Saturday my hair was toast and my scalp in the pony area legit hurt. Like I got hit on the head.

You look FABULOUS. That dress fits you like a glove, seriously. I'm envious of your hair and your bum. I wish I had those problems since mine are the complete opposite. I've resorted to those plastic Goody rubberbands because my hair has thinned out so much and I have what my sisters and I call Cardboard Butt. :P

It's all in how we view ourselves. I definitely don't think you have a big butt. Hell...I'd kill for just a little bit of your butt. Mine seems to disappear when I drop weight. I say show it off now. Several years from now you'll look at these photos and say, "DAMN my ass looked AWESOME!"
Pssst! I'd kill for a butt like that. My butt, while not entirely flat, doesn't evoke rappers to sing songs about it. Count yourself lucky!

I love looking at women with curves, I have them too, and I have a butt, although, not nearly as nice as yours, but it is there lol. Yours is not too big or too small, just the right amount of curves (nor Kardashian like at all) which is good. Anyway, I think you look great at all times, you have an awesome body, and your style is also great. I love visiting your blog, it is a great source of inspiration. It takes all body shapes to be beautiful! Knowing how to dress them to look great (as you do), now that's a whole different ball game.
And so totally empathising with the pony tail problem. My hair's too heavy for that (and it's only halfway down my back). If it's up, it's in a bun (with hair pins) and even that aches by the end of the day. But it's crazy and uncontrollable short PLUS I love it long! so what else is a girl to do? (okay, 45, but so what, still don't feel like a grown up)
