My New Favorite Sunglasses were $10

These may be my new favorite sunglasses... & they were $10! I'll post the link on my lovemaegan Facebook page.

Yes, if you follow me on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook, you may have already seen this, so apologies. But there are many of you who don’t really use other social media tools so I thought I’d quickly share here with you as well.

While I still love my cat eyes, I’ve been wearing them since early 2010 so I’ve been itching for some new frames. Eager to try a fun round shape, I decided to buy a cheapy pair first to see if they even worked on my face shape. And while they are rather flimsy feeling in comparison to a designer brand, they’re fun and I love them & will inevitably be great for around the pool when Summer comes. It also sort of makes me willing to possibly splurge on a rounder style in general if a designer pair pops up that I love {like Tom Ford}.

Click here to buy: Vintage Inspired Bold Circle Round Sunglasses w/ Key-Hole Bridge {the other day they said only 3 left but today they just say “in stock”}. But also, if you scroll down a bit, they have tons of other fun $10 styles as well.

New classic ostrich handbag for Spring... courtesy of @Brahmin & I love it!

Also, Brahmin just sent me this fabulous classic “Anywhere Convertible” Ostrich handbag which is just the perfect little classic bag for Spring. I love the blue crocodile color too… but they have a handful of great colors and styles.

Happy Weekend!

Wow! That’s a cute Brahmin bag! It looks like maybe they’ve revamped their look a bit? I’m used to croc/metal combos with them (stuff that I’m personally not into) but that bag is totally cute!

Oh those brahmin bags are the bags of my dreams. I’ve seen so many I would give my back teeth to have!!
Also, with regards to the ostrich leather- I’m not a vegan or vegetarian and I can’t see how this is any worse than any other leather if being done in a controlled environment. Farmed ostriches and alligators are the same as farmed cows. It is only the killing and poaching of animals from the wild that I will protest against. Because otherwise I would be hypocritical cos I’m not going to stop having leather shoes, handbags, belts, or stop eating meat… Its a difficult one but I still think looking at the quality of life of intensively farmed animals for food is a far worse situation than ostrich leather handbags. I know which one affects more animals and is bought by more people everyday! Bit of a rant but it annoys me to have people criticising things they see as major when there are so many things that get brushed under the carpet.

I love cheap sunglasses for experimenting – that and the only time I splurged on a designer pair I crushed them in a ski fall!

Hate to see the nasty comments 🙁

I think the bag is absolutely stunning and will covet it from afar!

The sunglasses, on the other hand, I could totally afford!

That’s my favorite way to test out new sunnies! I wear prescription glasses so if I invest in a pair of prescription glasses I need to know if I love the shape enough to spend $500.

Wearing contacts and going cheap frame shopping is the best money saver when it comes to what to decide to invest in!

That’s a great purchase! You look really good in them. It’s great when you can buy something you really like without spending lots of money or using this website. They look quite good, I would’n even say that the price is just $10. I really like your blog and all the posts, you’re amazing)
