Like many internet phenomena including ironic mustaches, balloons, and cute girls overdressed on bicycles, the chevron print is seemingly here to stay. Dear Internet, please don't hate me for saying this BUT, the infinitely zig-zaging chevron pattern simply reminds me of Charlie Brown every time I see it. Saying that, however, It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown is by far the best Halloween special ever made and truly kicks off the holiday season... which clearly unites two appropriately and eases my dizzied brain and visual desire to see more than lines and points.

Is it too early to decorate for Halloween? Probably. Am I a teensy bit annoyed that I'm already talking about Halloween decor and it's not even October yet? Maybe a little. Do I feel pressured by the internet to begin talking about Fall when it's not Fall yet and start displaying holiday decor like Target and JoAnns do months before their holiday's arrival? You betcha! But still... these are really cute products & ideas and I just couldn't help myself.

At least you're American, and you celebrate Halloween over there.. On 31st of August I noticed in the Supermarket near my house in Singapore they had ridiculously overpriced candy corn and halloween candies on the shelves. It wasn't even September yet.. and people don't celebrate that holiday here!
But those pumpkins and bow tie make me wish I had a little dog to put a bow tie on and that I actually did celebrate Halloween just to make the pumpkins.
OMG! I have to have that doggy bow tie

I absolutely LOVE Halloween, I look forward to it every year and always plan my costume out months before because I change my mind so often. This year my fiance and I are going as little red riding hood and the big bad wolf (his suggestion/idea!)
