Sometimes Quotes Are Actually Helpful...

Sometimes my own thoughts spin out of control. And sometimes my conscious self wants to punch my subconscious self in the mouth when it finally pays attention to its constant badgering. I found myself finally at my wits' end yesterday and yelled STOP WORRYING ABOUT FAILING, YOU ARE ALREADY A SUCCESS at my subconscious ALOUD and it actually helped. It may have been something my husband has been yelling at me for years and it finally sunk in... but my subconscious self whole-heartedly agreed and we went about the rest of our day happily and at peace with both of ourselves. I thought it may help a few of yourselves as well.

We are all successful at something, even if it's simply getting out of bed in the morning, so we should give ourselves a little more credit, a little more often, I think.
