Michaels Holiday Dream Tree Shopping Extravaganza!

shopping cart full of stuff at michaels

Last week Michaels sent me one of their pre-lit faux Christmas trees to participate in their Dream Tree Challenge as well as a small fortune to shop for fun Christmassy finds and DIYs of my own making. Of course I called the best assistant I could think of, my mom, who agreed to come shopping with me {and take photos of me shopping. Oh the life of a blogger ;}.

If you spy my mounding cart above, I also grabbed a few other holiday decorations and items to create a few more non-tree holiday DIYs in the coming weeks ~ so stay tuned ~ but in the mean time, here's a little peek at our shopping adventure and the mountain of goodies I found and brought home with me.

Everything at Michaels was 40% and 50% off and it was so much fun to shop because the prices were unbeatable!

I'll reveal my final tree on Wednesday, the 21st but until then check out Michaels on Facebook page for more sneak peeks.

How exciting! Everything's so affordable. Here is Argentina, Christmas decoration is so expensive. I don't think I wll buy anything this year. Plus I'm moving by that time of the month, so my place will be a mess with boxes everywhere!

I agree with the previous comment. Michaels is a pretty ordinary and casual place to shop ... and it is indoors ... not all that brightly lit.

Fashion takes many forms and while I enjoy your posts, the sunglasses seem silly.
