Wintery Warm in Green Cords, Leopard Print & Plaid...

wintery warm outfit, green cords

What I'm Wearing...

* Green cords by Blank Denim
* Old plaid flannel button down
* Cashmere sweater via Jigsaw London {cinched up}
* Vintage leopard print coat {made by my Grandma in the 60's}
* Vintage Ralph Lauren bag {I kind of liked the POP of cognac}
* Gucci sunglasses
* Brown suede boots from a few seasons ago by Boutique 9

I honestly cannot believe Christmas is just a week away. These past few months have been a bit insane for us and left me with very little time for prepping for the holidays... and now I'm desperately trying to soak it all in knowing it will be over so so soon. Since Michaels sent over a faux tree for my participation in their Holiday Dream Tree challenge, and since we're so late in the game, we thought we'd just use that one, but after we placed it in our new living space, we realized just how tiny it actually is... so it's going in our new master bedroom. And I hate to admit this but I used to sort of, roll my eyes at people who had multiple Christmas trees in their homes {sorry :/} but now, I totally understand it. Our master is quite large and the faux tree is only about 5ft tall, so it fits perfectly {and it's really pretty!}. We stopped just yesterday for a living tree for our great room and it smells deliciously Christmassy now. Hopefully I can share photos of both trees within the week, as they are our only holiday decor at the moment. But I'm taking it all in... or trying to at least.

love the shirt collarup under the poloneck - I've been wearing all my collars up under knits (there's one in my Monday post :) but must try it under a turtleneck now.
hooray for snow!

Beautiful photos......It must be the clean, crisp air there at Lake Arrowhead. I would frame these particular photos.

Great pictures and one of my favourite outfits of you!

Very nice!

Those boots gave me a brilliant idea too. Most boots end up being too wide around the top for my slender calves- I might go a-hunting for similar buckle straps and just stitch them so they'll tighten the tops of the boots like yours do :)
DIY, yay!
