Spring 2013 Fashion Trends : 1. Far East Influences

While fashion's all a buzz with Pre-Fall 2013 collections, I've been so preoccupied with moving and decor and home furnishings as of late {and dressing for my new freezing & fun snowy environment} that I have barely been paying attention to anything fashion-related at all {well, other than a bit of shopping here and there of course ;}. But I have a project coming up and thought I'd freshen up on trends for the coming season, Spring of course! So apologies if this is a bit redundant or boring even, because really, this is a sort-of research project for me... you just happen to be able to see it.

Since there are just so so so many fun trends this season, which would overload this space with and ungodly amount of photos, I'm going to simplify it by dedicating one post per trend/category. And first up are my favorites from the gorgeous Asian influenced trend, a trend we haven't seen in a while actually, which is so refreshing. I'm betting the future will harness more of these angular cuts and colorful prints which are so powerful yet feminine all at the same time. The Pucci and Uniqueness collections won my heart though. Which are your favorites? {links below}

Prada and Etro are my favorites.

Etro and Uniqueness! I can wear similar and more affordable items that "mimic" these two designers. The others are a bit more elaborate for my lifestyle, but stunning none the less!

Love the Etro ones and could see ways I could incorporate them into real-world fashion.
