Spring 2013 Fashion Trends : 4. Head to Toe COLOR...

While I do love a great monochromatic look, these BOLD and BRIGHT head to toe looks in my Spring 2013 Fashion Trends series may be a bit much for my eye to handle. I love it in gowns and even here, in a few of the suits {like the Gareth Pugh}, but some just miss the mark for me. The looks with some skin in between seem to be a little easier to pull off. It's easy to wear black or white from head to toe, but what do you think when it comes to color?
